The Trust Factor - Building bridges, living with integrity, moving forward together

The Trust Factor is part of an ongoing series of training activities and conferences designed to share stories of trustbuilding and hope and to equip people to move forward as trustbuilders. These regular interactive forums engage individuals and organizations who believe that building trust through radical change in the lives of people and their relationships is America's most urgent need.

Trust Factor Forums provide an opportunity for a new generation of change makers to express their visions for the future and build supportive connections with seasoned practitioners in the field of conflict transformation and community problem solving.

Workshops address the ‘how to’ of community change examining the effective approaches of honest conversation, healing history, transforming global conflict, as well as the basic spiritual practices of Initiatives of Change that sustain trustbuilding.
