Get involved
Trustbuilding: You can start a conversation in your home or neighborhood. IofC offers dialogue curricula and facilitation.
Equipping: Would your organization or community benefit from IofC’s skills building? Perhaps a local civic organization would like to sponsor a Caux Scholar or Connecting Communities Fellow from your area.
Intervening: Invite IofC to help you, your organization or your community address a conflict involving diversity or culture.
Campaigning: You could host a visiting IofC team in your community or join a planning team for a future campaign.
Participation is not based on skin color, religious practice, occupation or bank account. You join Initiatives of Change by the kind of life you lead.
Regular times in silence...opening our hearts to conscience and divine inspiration
Values of integrity...decision-making based on standards of honesty, purity, unselfishness and love
Honest conversation...with people of different backgrounds and viewpoints
Healing the past...where mistakes have been made and wrongs inflicted
Modelling community...living the way we want our country and world to be
These commitments bring a sense of freedom and purpose to living. They also provide common ground where diverse groups can work together...from the personal to the global.
