Steve Dillenburg

"I have never approached my work just as a professional career."

"I come from a Midwestern religious family that put an importance on personal integrity," Dillenburg explains.

That integrity has been the impetus behind Dillenburg's recent launch of The Summit Total Social Impact Fund, a mutual fund which holds S&P 500 companies to a higher standard by measuring their business principles and practices.

In the high-priced and often fast-paced world of investments, some might have questioned Steve Dillenburg's professional decisions over the last couple of years. He left a 70-year-old firm with a solid reputation and bottom line in search of a new partnership where his fund could find a home. And while he looked for that home, he worked for free.

"People matter in many ways and the financial aspects are just one of those," he concludes.
