With operations around the globe, our programs target strategic opportunities to create change. Different situations call for different approaches but all our projects are driven by the purpose of building trust across the world’s divides.

Hope in the Cities (HIC)
Bringing communities together to address the issues of racial healing. Launched in Virginia, USA, the program now has partners in Europe, South America and Australia.

Caux Scholars Program
Focuses on the moral and spiritual dimensions of peacemaking and on the relationship between individual transformation and change in the world. Examines the personal, religious, social and cultural factors which create and sustain conflict, as well as how to deal with differences.

The Connecting Communities Fellowship Program
This annual, 5-module skills-building program increases the capacity of communities to overcome divisions of race, culture, economics and politics by creating a network of skilled facilitators and communicators, capable team builders, informed advocates and credible role models. It draws participants from across the US.

ACTION (for a change)
A two-month service learning and leadership development program that explores the issues confronting communities across the US, the country’s leadership and approaches to creating change.

Agenda for Reconciliation (AfR)
A global network active in conflict prevention and reconciliation. Its annual conferences at Caux, in Switzerland, offer participants coming from situations of tension and conflict a safe space and the opportunity to learn from one another.
